A 25% non refundable fee will be charged to the card on file automatically in the event of cancellation within 48 hours of your appointment. A 50% non refundable fee will be charged to the card on file automatically in the event of cancelation within 24 hours of your appointment. A 100% non refundable fee will be charged to the card on file automatically in the event of a same day “no show” appointment. If the card on file declines, a new appointment will not be rebooked until the fee is paid.
